COURSE TOPIC AND FORMAT:
The format of the course will be traditional with a regular alternation of sitting meditation and walking meditation. During the
day, it will be possible to arrange an individual consultation regarding your practice in an interview with a teacher. In the evening, there will be regular Dhamma lectures on topics related to samatha meditation and mind-knowledge meditation. The number of participants in the course will depend on the covid security measures at the time of the
course. Adherence to the eight resolutions is a condition of participation.
PRICE:
CZK 7,500 (for the entire course from Thursday – accommodation possible from 2:00 p.m. – until Sunday including lunch).
