If the organizer of the event has not stated otherwise, reserve a place on the relevant course first by sending an e-mail to shantavana@sasana.cz. After confirming your reservation, please fill out the form below. By completing it, your application is considered binding.
Data marked with an asterisk are mandatory, as we, as payers of the local residence tax, are obliged to register them according to the Act on Local Taxes. Only persons providing accommodation and public authorities checking records (especially the municipality of Malá Skála) will have access to the data.
Before filling out the form, please familiarize yourself with the center’s visiting regulations and the information and rules for course participants. In the case of an informal mass event, the rules for course participants will apply accordingly.
